  • This role sits in the HR Operations team, working along with a Senior HR Administrator. Its main internal stakeholders will be HR Business Partners, Payroll team and Talent Acquisition team

  • At least 1 year of HR experience
    Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
    Experience related to immigration management
    Computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Excel
    Good attention to details
    Strong in-person and email communication skills
    Well-versed in local labour laws
    Proficient in English and Bahasa
    Performance driven and results orientated
    Open to feedback, practical and pragmatic
    Intermediate knowledge in negotiation skills, problem solving techniques and decision making techniques
    Motivated to challenge status quo and make improvement

  • o manage end-to-end processes for employment pass (all categories), dependent pass, professional visit pass and relevant benefits for pass-holders. Requires liaising and building good rapport with relevant government bodies and pass-holders.
    To prepare for new employees' onboarding and help them adjust well to our work environment. This process starts from pre-onboarding to confirmation employment after probation.
    To provide day-to-day support to employees including answering queries, preparing employment-related documents, maintaining personal files and supporting off-boarding process.
    To manage medical insurance benefit for employees, including submission of insurance claims, assisting in solving insurance-related issues and coordinating awareness programs.
    To upkeep HRIS data accuracy, prepare monthly HR reports and payroll reports.
    To lead or support any ad-hoc HR activities including administrative tasks, audits, invoice management.
